2. Website services
We provide a product catalogue, search and filters, a quotation list and an enquiry form with an optional logo or artwork attachment. These services are free and require no account. Your usual Internet access charges remain payable to your provider.
Adding a product to the list or submitting an enquiry does not place an order, conclude a sale or create a payment obligation. A receipt confirmation only confirms that the enquiry was recorded.
The catalogue invites contact and discussion of an individual offer. Price, availability, quantities, printing, production and delivery times, shipping and payment terms require separate agreement. Any binding order terms are agreed in subsequent correspondence. These website terms do not replace those arrangements or legally required information for a particular contract.
3. Technical requirements
You need an Internet-connected device and a current browser supporting HTML5 and HTTPS. Search, variant selection, the quotation list and the form require JavaScript. Local browser storage preserves the quotation list between visits; blocking it limits that function. A working email address is required to receive a reply.
The form accepts one PDF, CDR, AI, PNG or JPG/JPEG file, up to 5 MB. Executable files and archives are not accepted. Details and validation messages appear in the form. Keep your software up to date and protect your device against malware.
4. Starting and ending use
Browsing starts when you open the website; use of the quotation list starts when you add a product. The form sends the selected products and information needed to respond. Before sending, you can review and correct your details, remove items and read these terms and the privacy policy. Submission requires acceptance of the terms and acknowledgement of the privacy policy.
The form service transmits and records the enquiry and displays the result. You may stop browsing, close an unsent form, remove list items or clear website data in your browser at any time. After submission, you can email us to stop further handling of your enquiry. Data retention is explained in the privacy policy.
5. Submitted content
Provide accurate information needed for the enquiry. You must be authorised if acting for another person or business. Only submit materials you are entitled to share and use for the quotation.
Unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, spam, malicious files and interference with the website are prohibited. Sending artwork does not transfer ownership rights to Giftmart or authorise public use. We use it as needed to handle the enquiry; terms for any subsequent production are agreed separately.
6. Service problems and complaints
Report problems with the catalogue, list or form to info@giftmart.pl or by post to the company address. Describe the issue, its approximate date and how we can reply. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information.
We will respond within 14 days of receiving a complaint, by email or post according to the contact method. If the form is unavailable, send your enquiry directly by email. This does not restrict any rights under mandatory law.
7. Privacy, cookies and access to these terms
The Privacy and cookies policy identifies the controller and explains purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention, your rights and browser storage. Accepting these terms and acknowledging the policy are not marketing consent.
These terms are available free before submission. You may save, print or download them as a text file, or request a copy by email. Updates will be published with a version date and apply to future use; they will not retroactively change submitted enquiries or separate contracts. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumers’ rights or other mandatory statutory protections.
